Isadora Quagmire
From ''The Lemony Snicket Wiki''
Isadora Quagmire is one of the three Quagmire triplets. She, along with her brothers Duncan and Quigley, is orphaned after the Quagmire parents are killed in a fire. Caught in a similar plight to that of the Baudelaires, the Quagmires are heirs to a large fortune, which Count Olaf is determined to claim for himself. He kidnaps Duncan and Isadora at the end of The Austere Academy and they are in his clutches until the end of The Vile Village, where they escape in a hot air balloon home with a village member Hector. Isadora is the family poet, who composes couplets to help assess the various dilemmas that the family finds itself in, or to assist in undermining one of Olaf's schemes. Isadora keeps her information in a black commonplace notebook.
It is of note that the names of Isadora and her brother Duncan are speculated to be based off of that of Isadora Duncan, American born modern dancer from the Victorian era (born 1877).
